Special Local Events
Visitors from all over the United States and the world come to Camp Jewell each year to enjoy the friendliness of our staff, the quality of our programs and the beautiful camp setting. In so many ways we are a member of the international community.
We also are a vital part of the local community as well. We strive to offer events, programs and services at little or no cost to those that live in our own backyard. Examples include:

* Traveling mini-farm
* Field trips to camp
* International staff presentations at school and camp
* Open winter snow tubing
* Teambuilding for school teachers
* Conference space for local civic and government organizations

Halloween Harvest Festival
Bring the whole family to a night of fall fun! Camp Jewell becomes a maze of trick-or-treat cabins, spooky trails, and Halloween excitement! Please bring a flashlight, warm costume, and goody bag! No reservations needed.

Snow Tubing
On Sunday afternoons, 2-4pm, in the Winter months, Camp Jewell is open to all in the community to enjoy snow tubing with family and friends. Hot chocolate is included with this free event!
Currently the Snow Tubing Hill is OPEN!
